Uplands Counseling Associates is pleased to offer the Prepare/Enrich program for couples.

Prepare/Enrich is a personalized, structured approach to couples therapy, including premarital counseling. During 3 sessions with their clinician, a couple gains insight into their unique relationship, builds on current strengths, and learns skills they can immediately practice to keep growing together.

Each partner independently completes the Prepare/Enrich Online Couple Assessment Inventory, and then meets with their clinician for feedback specific to their relationship. Couples and their clinician will discuss what the inventory revealed, and will learn skills tailored to their unique strengths and challenges.

Prepare/Enrich is designed to help couples that are dating, engaged, or married. The approach will support couples to:

• Explore their strength and growth areas
• Strengthen communication skills
• Identify and manage major stressors
• Resolve conflicts
• Develop a more balanced relationship
• Understand personality differences between partners to maximize teamwork
