Eric is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents and adults in individual, couples and family therapy.
He treats a wide scope of issues and has experience helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress management, adjustment issues, ADHD, ODD, school problems, parenting concerns, employment issues, grief/loss, divorce and other personal struggles. His ability to assess the factors that contribute to the onset of problems assists clients to understand and cope with their emotions, develop tools, and learn new skills. Depending upon the individual’s needs and preferences, he draws from research based interventions including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, systems based, play therapy, mindfulness techniques and other therapeutic interventions.
Education and Training
He received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in Sociology with an additional emphasis in Psychology. He received his master’s degree (M.S.) in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood College. He has experience working in outpatient, in-home and inpatient clinical settings.
