Christine is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients, accomplished by her diverse interests and eclectic training. She uses a psychodynamic model to understand underlying issues, Jungian psychology to probe unconscious forces, and cognitive behavioral techniques to effect change. She has additional experience in art therapy, visualization, and inner-child work. Her goal is to find the psychotherapy approach and treatment that is right for each client. She works in collaboration with primary care physicians.
Christine is passionate about helping individuals confront and overcome difficult life challenges. Although crisis is never welcomed, she believes that it affords opportunities to grow and change.
